Haley's Baptism

We had Haley baptised the Sunday after Thanksgiving, so Nanny and Granddaddy could be here. Haley wore the same gown that I wore when I was baptised. She was perfect. She didnt even cry when she was "sprinkled" or when our Pastor, Jeff, held her and walked her around.

Thanksgiving

Every year we have Thanksgiving with my dads side of the family. We call it the "Watts Happenin" reunion. We travel to different family members houses across the southeast/midwest. This year it was in Atlanta. It was a lot of fun hanging out with family that we only get to see once a year. This year was particually hard as we lost our Aunt Jan this past July and found out that Nanny has pancreatic cancer. We also counted our blessings since we had 3 healthy babies born since the last Thanksgiving. Only two were with us - the other was spending the holidays with the other side of his family.

UGA vs. UK Cookout

We had some friends over for the UGA vs. Kentucky game. It was a lot of fun. The guys played cornhole and drank beer while the girls talked and played with the kids. Our friends Aimee and Bryan also have a little girl named Haley Marie. She was excited to hold "Baby Haley".

PANCAN Walk

We did a walk on Sunday November 11th at Grant Park in Downtown Atlanta to raise money and awareness about pancreatic cancer. My grandmother (Nanny) was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in September, shortly after she was here visiting Haley (and us!!). They think they got it early, and did surgery to remove the mass. If you would like to donate - you still can at: www.pancan.org/atlantawalk. Just choose "donate to a walker" on the left and you can put in my name. Our team has raised over $1,000 and the Atlanta walk raised $70,000. They are letting people donate until the end of the month.

Our team name was: "Evelyn's Purple Passion for Life". My aunt had shirts made for all of us to wear. She even got us purple "hair". Everyone at the event loved it!

4 month pictures

Haley and I had another photo shoot at home. Since the 3 month ones turned out cute, I decided I would take some more at home instead of going somewhere. She didnt cooperate as well this time. She wasnt a very happy girl for a few days after this round of shots.

Also A.J. took a picture of his two "pink Georgia girls".

Happy Halloween!

Haley had her 4 month check-up on Halloween. We went to a place with pumpkins afterwards to try to get some cute pictures. She wasnt too sure about the pumpkins.

We didnt dress up for Halloween, but she did wear a cute Halloween outfit. We took her to the door to see the trick-or-treaters. She had no idea what was going on, but was fascinated by some of the costumes.

She is growing so fast. She weighed 14 lbs and 7 oz today. (That's the 66th percentile) and she is 24.25 inches long (50th percentile). You cant tell she was once a preemie!
