Eating Peas

The first food we gave Haley was green peas. She loved them! She made quite a mess, but she really enjoyed eating them.

Haley's 1st Christmas!

We flew to Dallas, Tx for Christmas to spend the holidays with my family. Santa Claus left Haley's big present at our house for when we got home. He didnt think we would be able to carry it on the airplane with us.

Santa Claus

We took Haley to see Santa today. She didnt cry at all. I wasnt sure if she was going to be scared of him or not. She fell asleep while we were waiting in line, so we had to wake her up so she could sit in his lap. She didnt smile - but she was content.

Haley's first trip to Florida

A.J.'s aunt Ann sent us an email about Spirit Airlines having cheap tickets from Atlanta to Orlando, so I checked it out. I booked our tickets and only paid $125 total for 2 roundtrip tickets, including taxes and fees! It was awesome! We flew in for the weekend so we could see everyone in Florida. We stayed with A.J.'s Uncle Tony and Aunt Dawn in Titusville. They were such good hosts and we even got Dawn to take lots of pics of Haley and our family for our Christmas cards!!

We cant wait to go back!

Haley's Baptism

We had Haley baptised the Sunday after Thanksgiving, so Nanny and Granddaddy could be here. Haley wore the same gown that I wore when I was baptised. She was perfect. She didnt even cry when she was "sprinkled" or when our Pastor, Jeff, held her and walked her around.

Thanksgiving

Every year we have Thanksgiving with my dads side of the family. We call it the "Watts Happenin" reunion. We travel to different family members houses across the southeast/midwest. This year it was in Atlanta. It was a lot of fun hanging out with family that we only get to see once a year. This year was particually hard as we lost our Aunt Jan this past July and found out that Nanny has pancreatic cancer. We also counted our blessings since we had 3 healthy babies born since the last Thanksgiving. Only two were with us - the other was spending the holidays with the other side of his family.
